I have regular employment as a teacher (T4) but also as a part-business owner (T5). Which TT version do I use? standard or self-employed?

You can use any version of TurboTax to prepare your return. I would start off with Standard, as it has everything that most people need. If you need more guidance, it is easy to upgrade.
