I installed a CD version, but only it would not allow me to input the License Code. Tried to delete files and reinstall, but it said installed already. What to do?

It is a"Home & Business" 2023 version. How to reinstall on the same computer?

Can you please verify if your TT23 is installed already on your computer? If yes, what happens when you click on the red TurboTax2023 icon? 

Does it still ask for a license code?
