I just paid roughly $89 to file 4 returns! all returns were 19.99 each.The most I've ever paid to file 4 returns. No upgrading options and no special codes??

I'm basically wanting a refund, I feel I have overpaid by half. I have to 2 receipts with authorization numbers and currently waiting on the phone to chat with someone. I was hoping someone could contact me when convenient.
