I just purchased the Turbotax Standard 2020 download. when I go to extract the .zip fil it says it is either damaged, truncated or changed since created. Won't open

You may also want to try a different web browser and see if that allows you to download. For example, if you are using Microsoft Edge, you can try Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox instead.
