I just registered an incorporation but so far it is just me that's in the business now my question is can I file my tax as a personal and self-employed or not?

Your self-employed (if you just started your business), then you will enter it on your next year's tax return. If you haven't filed this years as of yet then you will file your personal only unless you were self-employed then you would file both together.
