If the only way to access my 2020 return is through a website, link provided by TurboTax, that says "This site can’t be reached2020.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca took too long to respond.", how can I access this return?

TurboTax for 2020 has been discontinued, so the servers have been shut down. However, you can still get a PDF copy of your return. This YouTube video shows you how: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YWcviv4agec
