I'm trying to access the returns i filed for 2022 and 2023 tax years, my account, only shows that i can get pdf copies of them without listing prior return.

You can sign into CRA "My Account"  and enter the year you want to view.

You can view your returns in the TurboTax Account you used to file your return.
