I'm trying to activate a download from 2020 and it will not accept my activation code. Is there a way to fix this?

It just says that "something's not right, try re-entering code". I have and it is correct but still not working.

Please make sure that the TurboTax software that you purchased is where  you are entering the code- Online or Download version? 

 

If online- you will sign in here.

If you purchased TurboTax Desktop/Download- you will go here to download your 2020 edition and enter your license code.
