I’m unable to retrieve my 2018 taxes, I’m able to get my 2019 and 2020. I need a copy of my 2018

That can mean that you have more than one userid and used a different one in 2018.  Or you may have filed with the desktop version of TurboTax.  You can call the helpdesk for help with finding out were your return is.
