I meet the 25 or younger eligibility, but why am I being charged $75 to use Turbo Tax and not $15 as advertised?

If you are 25 years or younger, when you come to the payment page the price will be reduced to $15 even though an upgrade has been added to the charges. Please feel free to return if the amount is not discounted.
