I mistakenly opened another account when we already have an account paid for with a 8 licence prepaid card. I need to transfer info into original account. How?
Unfortunately, there is no way to transfer returns
or information between TurboTax Online accounts. Please contact our phone
support to see if they can change which account your prepayment is attached to.
