I need to change my answer when it asked if I have NETFILED before, where do I find that?

If you are using TurboTax Online, select [Your Name]’s Personal Information from under My Info in the left side menu. Scroll down to find the question, which is 2nd to last on the page.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download in EasyStep mode, select Contact Info from under Introduction in the left side menu. Scroll down to find the question 2nd above the Residency section.

If you are using TurboTax CD/Download in Forms mode, click the Forms icon and search for “info”. Select INFOWS - Information from the list and click OK. The question is the first in Taxpayer Filing Information.
