I need to file my 2015, 2016 and 2017 tax returns which have a portion of self-employed income.

TurboTax Self-Employed Online is available for 2016 & 2017. TurboTax Home & Business CD/Download is available for 2015, 2016 & 2017.

looking for home and business tax software 2015. its not on the list for prior years taxes.

Unfortunately, TurboTax does not have any software available for 2015. You will need to go to the CRA website to download and print out the Tax forms for 2015. Here is the link where to get your 2015 tax package.
