I need to re-install TT-Business-Incorporated-2020 onto my new computer. My Licence only allows 1 install. How can I reinstall, without paying another 250.00?

My old computer hard drive crashed, loosing everything, I bought a new one, but can not activate my software TT-Business-Incorporated-2020 because it only allows 1 activation.
