I paid for my taxes on the 15th but they couldn’t send it until today, I checked and it says they haven’t received anything on the CRA website. What should I do?

Paid on 16th CRA hasn’t received anything I can’t tell if it has been sent or not on the turbo tax website I did get an email with the order number

NETFILE didn't open until Monday, February 24th, so nothing could have been filed online before then. Also paying for your return doesn't automatically file your return.

 

To file your tax return in TurboTax Online 2024, login & open your return. Click on Tax Home on the left side menu, then click on Finish & File on the Tax Home page. Then click on Start (or Continue). You will get a NETFILE confirmation number when you have successfully filed your return.
