I paid for self-employed. Had a problem, restarted and than I accidentally opted for live assist (haven't used it) and now i can't file unless I pay for it.

I began my self-employed return and at the end I was having trouble filing, so I thought to restart and try again. I ended up opting in accidentally for live assist. I haven't used to the feature (even if I do its useless seeing as tax deadline is tomorrow). How do I remove it? I already paid the 40 for the self-employed, don't want to pay another 65 for a feature I wont benefit from its use.

If you have mistakenly added a feature to your tax return that is not needed, you will have to have that feature removed prior to payment. Our Customer Support team will be better able to assist you with this payment matter. Please follow the instructions below to reach an agent:
