I paid my 2017 taxes through the plastic card service but Turbo Tax and the CRA show I still have not paid, what should I do?

TurboTax Online requires you to pay for your return before you can attempt to file, so if you got as far as the section where it allows you to pay your taxes owing, then you have paid for TurboTax.

The credit card payment system for paying your taxes is a third party company used by the CRA. You would either have to contact them for further assistance or contact the CRA directly.

Credit card shows

April 26, 2022-payment of $1127.50-PS*CRAPAYSIMPLY.CA   Etobicoke, ON

April 27, 2022-payment of $73.48-INTUIT*TURBOTAX [phone number removed]AB

There is no indication of payment in my CRA records.

Could someone please phone me and explain this system to me.  I am not super good on the computer

and would appreciate a call of explanation.
