Your 2016 returns won’t show up in
your 2017 return manager. Instead, when you start a new return, if you had
returns from the previous year, then you’ll be asked which ones you want to
transfer. If you don’t see them there, then perhaps they were created under a
different user id?
To see all
your user ids:
- Go to the TurboTax Online sign in page and
select the I forgot my user ID or password link.
- Enter your email address and select Continue.
- A list appears with the user IDs
associated with the email address you entered.
