i purchase 1 turbo tax standard and 1 for home and business but I can not install the next one. I had installed and uninstalled but not working

how can I get someone from turbo tax to call me please

You don't need to install the program again. Once you have used all of the returns on one Licence, you can enter it using Tools > Licence Code Switch.
