I purchase turbotax in Stapled, how I can do the download it

I purchased a TurboTax Premier 2019 CD at Staples last week.  When I put it in the CD drive nothing happens.  I suspect that our security system, Bitdefender, blocks it.  I tried to open the program by going to the CD drive.  It shows TurboTax 2019 but does not open.  When I click Set up it comes up No Match.  Any suggestions?

I tried to follow the directions on the CD box to download a on-line version as suggested on the box.  I do not see a way to get around paying for it again.  Suggestions?
