I purchased a Turboxtax CD at Staples, but my laptop doesn't have a CD rom. How would I be able to download the software and use the licence code that comes with the CD.

I don't have a CD ROM to download sotware, but I have a licence code to use.

No, we are not saying that at all. We are saying to click here to download your software, then when it is ready to install it will ask for your license code.
