I purchased the 2019 on line product but when I open my account it asks me to select a product again with a different price

Whenever you start a new return, it will ask you which product you want to use. Just choose the one that matches the version you have already bought a code for. When you go to file your return, then you’ll be asked for your code. If you haven’t upgraded or added features to your return (or added a spouse, if you only bought a single return), then your code should cover the full price of your return (even if you got it at a discount).
