I purchased the 2024 Turbotax online edition last year and the 2025 Turbotax download edition this year. How can I transfer the 2024 details to my 2025 return?

TurboTax Online only export .PDF and Desktop can only import from .tt24 file, therefore you cannot import your details from online to desktop.

However, you could use the PDF file as a reference, and enter the details manually in the desktop version. In a way, you would transfer your data from online to desktop.
