I purchased the Standard Which includes 8 returns but it won’t allow me to install it on my IPad. I see now the box says PC Only. Is there a conversion I can do?

The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax Desktop & vice-versa. If you bought the wrong version, you can get a refund and then buy the one you need. If you bought TurboTax Desktop from a 3rd-party retailer (ex: Costco, Staples, Walmart), please use this form to get a refund by submitting this .

The desktop version is for Windows OS only, as stated on the box.
