I purchased turbo tax 2017 today it will not install. the install hangs when it is registering the fonts 1:11012:c:\congig.msi\128f88.rbs3:32

 You will need to make sure your computer is fully updated. and perform an uninstall and reinstall of the software.  Also,make sure when you uninstall that you reboot your computer before reinstalling the program.

can't uninstall using the uninstall turbo tax 2017 in windows 10 it is not listed. can't delete the 2017 folder says it is in use. My computer is up to date.
