I purchased turbo tax 2021 online and when i pit in the 16 digit code to access it , it says its incorrect ?

Did you buy TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? 

 

TurboTax Online for 2021 was discontinued last year and the servers are no longer available.

 

If you have bought TurboTax Desktop, you will be asked for the licence code when you install the software. You can download older versions of TurboTax Desktop edition here: Where can I download the Desktop edition of TurboTax?
