I purchased Turbotax for this year in response to an advertisement. It seems you don't have a record of it and I can't find my confirmation from the date of purchase.

Is there any way you might have a record of my purchase? This is upsetting because I don't want to have to pay twice.

Do you have some other way to show that you paid, perhaps a snap shot of your credit card statement? Once you track that down, please give us a call: https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/
