I purchased Turbotax Standard and installed it. However, Turbotax is identifying me as a user of TurboTax Free. How to correct this mis-classification?

To clarify: I purchased Turbotax Standard for the year 2023. At present I am not able to enter Medical Expenses.

Are you using TurboTax CD/Download or TurboTax Online?
