I recently purchased TurboTax Standard 2023 online, but cannot download it onto my computer. My computer is running Windows 7. Is there a way to get a refund?

I did not realize I needed a newer operating system. Would the download I purchased work on a Mac computer, or is that another download?

Unfortunately, TurboTax download is not compatible with Mac. You would need to use TurboTax Online. 

I have processed your refund, it will take 2-3 weeks to appear on your credit card.
