I signed in as (omhpn) and did the begining of my tax return 2 weeks ago. I reaccessed today but the program seems to start as new customer. What did I do wrong?

Can I find my already started tax return for this year?

You could be logging in with a user ID that's different from the account you created your return in. The combination of your user ID and password—not your email address—uniquely identifies your TurboTax Online account. Or, you may have multiple user IDs associated with your email address.
