I started my 2023 taxes on Friday. I completed my return but Netfile was down. The return is not showing in my account. I have a payment receipt. What do I do?
I have tried contacting support. The person who assisted me was no help. I have a payment receipt.

@laurinestpierre Do you have more than one username? If so, your return might be in another account.
