I studied the whole year in 2021, but I moved into Canada on September in 2021 because of pandemic situation. Am I eligible to get deduction with T2202?

If you are under the age of 25,  you can file for free.  Otherwise it will depend on which TurboTax software you will need to use depending on your tax situation.
