I submitted my Return using Netfile but didn't save after confirmation from CRA. Now Turbotax desktop program doesn't have the updated status.How do I update the program?

Go through the File flow again. Once you attempt to submit the return a second time, you'll receive a warning that you've already filed but that will update the status on your software.
