I submitted self-employed income in 2020 from book sales. Turbo Tax required a company name and I used a fictional publishing company. Should I refile?

You can simply go to CRA "MY Account" and update the name of your company there.  You need to enter the appropriate company as they will claim what they charged you to publish your books.
