I thought I had 2 profiles so I requested to delete my account under the email address but when I signed in using my userid instead of my email address. who to contact?

Are you saying that you requested to have your account deleted because you thought you had two of them and now realize that it was the only account you had and now it has been deleted? If yes, unfortunately, if your account has been deleted there is nothing we can do to retrieve it.
