I installed TT 2019 from the Installation CD (in Canada). I then prepared a couple of tax returns. An update was applied on rebooting. I then got an error message saying the product was corrupt - reinstall. I uninstalled the product. I then put the CD into the CD drive - and answer one message - are you wanting your system to be modified. I replied "yes". Nothing happened - no messages, no nothing!
I then thought I wold download from the Turbotax site and use my installation key. However, in order to download it asks me for my LICENSE CODE. I don't have the packaging still as I bought it in late January. On the back of the CD there are two codes - neither seems to satisfy the request for the License Code.
Can anyone help with either of the two problems I have?
Also how do you contact TURBOTAX SUPPORT?

Please make sure that you are downloading from the right location. You can get TurboTax CD/Download from here: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/product-information/help/where-can-i-download-the-cd-download-edition-of-turbotax/00/873703
You will still need to enter your 21 number code when you reinstall.
