I use my email for friends during income tax season they say one was not received but my end said sent successfully

If you received a NETFILE confirmation number, your income tax return was successfully transmitted to the Canada Revenue Agency.  You may want to contact CRA at 1 800 959 8281 and ask them to run a trace for your return with your confirmation number.
