I used the activation code to load right on to my laptop but wanted to use it online as I have in the past. I thought they interconnected. How do I do this?

If you purchased TurboTax CD/download version, and you want to use TurboTax online- they are both different and you would need to purchase the TurboTax Online version if that is what you want to use.
