I was subcontracted to provide guiding services. I made $10000.00 from this plus 1500 in tips. where I should put this Income on my return. I also have 5500 of expenses

This is self employment income, and you will report it as such.  Depending on the version of TurboTax you are using (desktop or online, etc) you should either click Income and then Self Employed or Income and then Business Profile and follow the prompts to report your self employed income and expenses.
