How do I find out the date I filed a CPT30

I am sure I filed a CPT30 but don't know the date. Turbo Tax asks for the date of filing.

I would call the CRA and ask them what date they have on file.  If you did indeed file the CPT30, the CRA will have knowledge of it.  You can reach the individual tax line at 1-800-959-8281.
