Is a business equally and wholly owned by two spouses considered to be related income for TOSI purposes?

If both spouses actively contribute to running the business, it's likely not TOSI eligible. TOSI applies to income from a business in which you don't actively participate.

If both spouses actively contribute to running the business, it's likely not TOSI eligible. TOSI applies to income from a business in which you don't actively participate.
