If I am on assignment on a client company through a temporary agency but the client company pays me a bonus, is it taxable? Not sure if it was taxed.

Bonuses are not only taxable, but also subject to CPP & EI rules. So, you would need to get a t-slip from the company who gave it to you, if it wasn't included on the slip that the temporary agency gave you.
