Doesn't tell me how many are left, software says up tp 8 returns. I tried to file for my son and it wouldn't go through. So is there a fault in the software I purchased? I'm returning it to the store I bought it at.

I'm following this thread. I have the same problem with my Deluxe online edition. Was the issue resolved?
@jm_tiratira Please try entering your code in the coupon code box on the payment screen.
So I should be able to use that code in the coupon code box? How many returns will I be able to use it for?
@jm_tiratira It should bring you to the activation link again, and then work normally once the code is accepted there.
I've already paid for a software with a CD supplied, so I'm all good. But I want to get a refund from the Deluxe Online Edition.
