If I purchase the self employed version through Turbo Tax can I still enter my T4 slip income and RRIF income?

No I have not. I was unsure if I should use the standard service or go with the self employment one

Yes, you can use either the TurboTax Standard version or the Home and Business version as they both have the option to enter your T4 income and your RRIF income.
