If my husband didn't file taxes for his company or his personal how can I file my taxes?

How can I file my taxes if my husband wont file his.

Do your own return and enter enough estimated income for your husband to prevent a spousal credit, which you might not be eligible to claim.  You might claim the GST rebate, if your husband has no intention of filing his income tax.

Enter your income and netfile your income tax.  Each return must be filed individually, anyway, as mentioned by Martine, so there is no reason to hold up yours.
