If no tools show up , standard paid program by activation code and require a printed copy what do I do next?

Tools fails to show upper right corner of screen? I have filed and want to print a

copy .

The Tools menu shows up once you've opened your online return. Have you signed into your TurboTax account and selected the Continue button to open the return you want to print? https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2648070
