If the computer program will not accept our home number nor neither of our mobile numbers what should I do?

I am trying to complete my contact information ...intuit.ca/secure/interview and I am unable to answer the question "What is your phone number?  None of our legitimate phone numbers are being accepted

When entering your phone number in TurboTax Online, you can simply enter the Area Code and 7 digit phone number in the boxes provided in Contact Information section found under the Setting Up tab. There is no need to add brackets, spaces or a dash, the software will do this for you.
