Should I leave the T4A page empty if I did not receive a T4A slip from the company I'm contracting from?
If you did not receive or do not have a T4A slip, you cannot enter it.
If you are supposed to have a slip and didn't receive it, you can check your My Account on CRA's website and see if they got one from your employer or contact your employer for it.
