Neither if you did not receive a T-Slip - were you babysitting on occasion or full time?

If you earned under $3500, you can enter it as casual income. (Income tab>other income> income not reported on Tslips)

For income over $3500, you would be considered self-employed. At $3500 CPP kicks in on self-employment income.
