How do write off for gear/ supplies as a cameraman, only got receipts.

If you receive T4 slips from these companies, you can claim employment expenses, but you will need to have a signed T2200 from the company specifying what you can claim. Click on the income tab and scroll down to employment expense.

If you do not receive T4 slips, you are self-employed and can claim any expenses you use to earn income.  If you are self-employed, the standard version will not work.  You will need to upgrade to Home & Business.
